When AdventHealth needed a fan activation at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL Draft Block Party in Tampa, they hired Esteem 360 Studios to build it. The event drew 8,000 people. A single booth would have been swallowed by that crowd. We brought three.

Esteem designed and produced a custom 3D enclosure to house all three trading card photo booths in one unified branded environment. The enclosure walls were wrapped in AdventHealth and Buccaneers co-branding from top to bottom, and a custom floor wrap covered the ground inside. The space read like a built installation, not a vendor setup. Guests found it because it looked like somewhere worth going.

Every fan who stepped inside walked out with a personalized trading card. Name entered at the booth, photo taken, card printed on a design built around the NFL Draft moment. Each card was packaged in a premium acrylic case, with custom sticker attachments available so guests could layer in team and sponsor branding before they left. A separately branded pickup station gave AdventHealth a second moment of visibility after the photo experience ended, extending the brand impression beyond the booth itself.

Running three booths simultaneously was a production decision as much as a creative one. At 8,000 attendees, throughput determines whether an activation actually works. Long lines kill the experience before the photo is even taken. Esteem builds activations that can match the size of the event they're placed in.



For Buccaneers brand partners, the NFL Draft Block Party is one of the highest-engagement moments of the offseason. Fans show up because they care. AdventHealth used that energy well. A trading card with a fan's name and photo, protected in an acrylic case, is something people hold onto. It's a brand impression that travels home.

After the event wrapped, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers reached out directly and gave Esteem 360 Studios free reign to design their next fan activation. No brief, no back and forth. Shortly after, FIFA World Cup came calling. They requested an experience built on the same trading card concept, reimagined with a soccer identity.
