A Life-Size Doorbell at Loan Depot Park Is One of the Smartest Brand Activations of the MLB Season

When fans walk through the concourse at Loan Depot Park this season, they'll pass a life-size doorbell. It's not a prop! The oversized unit, produced by Miami-based photo booth agency Esteem 360 Studios, is a fully operational photo booth designed to mirror the form of a smart home video doorbell. It sits directly next to a branded house display and has been live since June 5, running all 131 days of the Miami Marlins' 2025 home season.
The activation was built for the launch of a new smart home security product, with the goal of turning a ballpark sponsorship into a first-party data capture tool.
Fans approach the booth and scan a QR code on the unit. That takes them to a short brand survey, which they complete on their phone. Once finished, they receive a second QR code, which they scan at the camera to start the photo countdown. Every guest walks away with a branded digital photo and a GIF, both delivered instantly to their phone. The output carries co-branded overlays featuring the Marlins and the sponsor's product aesthetic.

The survey-before-photo structure is intentional. Each interaction generates a qualified lead before the guest ever takes a picture. Over a full MLB home schedule, across dozens of games and thousands of fans, that volume adds up in a way that a standard impression-based sponsorship can't match.

Why Brands Are Asking for Custom Photo Booth Builds?
The ask from brands has shifted. Generic rental kiosks wrapped in vinyl still show up at events, but agencies and marketing teams are increasingly spec'ing out fully fabricated activations where the booth itself is the creative. A custom photo booth built around a product tells a different story than a white box with a logo on it.
For pop-up activations, stadium sponsorships, and product launches, a branded photo booth has become one of the most requested experiential elements on the market. Guests want to participate in something that feels made for the moment, and brands want content their audience actually shares. The photo is the reward. The data, the opt-in, the brand recall built into every output, those are what the client is buying.
When a brand brings Esteem 360 Studios into a project like this, the company handles the full process from concept through execution. That includes the activation design, guest flow, software configuration, branded output, and on-site management. Brands and agencies bring the vision. Esteem figures out how to make it work in the real world.

Loan Depot Park hosts 81 home games per season. With an activation live for 131 consecutive days, the booth runs through the full home schedule including pre and post-game foot traffic across one of South Florida's highest-volume sports venues. For the brand, it's sustained presence embedded into the fan experience rather than a one-night event.
Esteem 360 Studios works with brands, agencies, and sports properties nationwide. The company's activations have included work with Bacardi, Sephora, Jordan Brand, Formula 1, Tory Burch, and the Miami Heat. Its current lineup includes trading card photo booths, AI photo booths, AI sketch robots, 360 video booths, glam booths, headshot stations, and fully custom fabrications built around a client's product or campaign.
