A Three Day Public Photo Booth Activation in Miami


We delivered a three day photo booth activation in the center of Dadeland Mall in Miami, Florida. The station stayed open to the public and welcomed shoppers throughout the weekend. The goal was for Sephora to connect makeup culture with women’s basketball by creating a space where fans could experience beauty, sport, and athlete driven content in one public setting.

Understanding the Sephora and Unrivaled Partnership


This activation highlighted the partnership between Sephora and Unrivaled. The partnership focuses on supporting women athletes while blending beauty and basketball culture. By placing the experience inside a mall, Sephora reached fans in a space they already frequent. Many younger fans stopped by after seeing content shared by other guests across social media platforms, turning the pop up into a live extension of online visibility rather than a closed brand moment.

A Locker Room Inspired Sephora Pop Up


The experience lived inside a custom built Sephora station designed to feel like a basketball locker room. The build out used bold structure and clean finishes to mirror an athletic environment. Arsenal New York led the activation and brought in Esteem Photo Booth Rentals based on our strong reputation for delivering high quality photo booth experiences across South Florida’s most active cities. Our team wrapped both photo booths in black to align with the locker room aesthetic and keep the branding consistent throughout the space.

Photo and Video Experiences Inside One Activation


We installed two booth types within the pop up. The print photo booth produced branded photo keepsakes guests took home. The 360 video booth captured short video clips built for social sharing. This dual setup increased engagement time and allowed guests to choose how they wanted to participate. It also gave the brand both physical and digital exposure from a single activation.


WNBA Player Appearances and Fan Interaction


Several players affiliated with the WNBA stopped by during the activation. Fans recognized them, recorded content, and shared moments on the spot. Their presence strengthened the connection between the brand, the league, and the audience without scripted promotion.
